Use it to make chapatis, omelets, etc. Works fine with those too. Highly recommend it. I dry it immediately after washing and keep it seasoned with oil.

It's amazing, I have made moong daal chilla, besan chilla, maal poode and dosa on it. And it's very good for health as well.
