Kadahi is good. I tested with magnet to insure about iron kadahi.I saw in review people saying this is not iron kadahi also it's has some colour.

I have used once....... I liked it.......... My purpose for buying this kadai is fulfilled. I use it for deep fries and preparing everything other than tamarind or tomato based curries

Perfect for deep frying. Design is smart with a small flat surface at the bottom which makes the heavy kadai quite stable on the stove as well as on the kitchen counter.
