Delivery
Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer during checkout.
Please ensure that your:

- Address
- Phone number
- PIN code
are entered correctly.
Incorrect Address or Contact Information
Naati Grains is not responsible for delivery failures caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated delivery address or contact number provided by the customer.
If an order is returned because of incorrect address information or customer unavailability, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
Customer Unavailability
Customers should ensure that someone is available to receive the order at the provided delivery address.
If the customer is unavailable or refuses delivery, the shipment may be returned to us.
Any eligible refund may be processed after deduction of applicable shipping and payment gateway charges.
Damaged Packages
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
For damaged products, we may request:
- Order number
- Photographs of the package
- Photographs of the damaged product
- Other information required to investigate the issue
Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order is lost during shipping or remains undelivered beyond the applicable delivery period, please contact our customer support team.
We will coordinate with the delivery partner and take appropriate action.
Shipping Charges
