Cast Iron Kuzhipaniyara Kal (12 Kuzhi) is a typical South Indian Chettinad dish, paniyaarams are sweet or spiced dumplings poured on the paniyaarakkal which gives a taste that is out of the world. One of the everyday breakfast in South India. These are known by different names paddu, gundu pongala, gunta ponganalu and masala paniyaram. Paniyaram turn out crispy on the outside and soft inside. Our pre seasoned cast iron paniyaarakkal is flat bottomed.

All the appe came out with very less sticking to the pan . The size of the appe is medium . This is good in a way, as the appe gets cooked well in lesser time as compered to bigger cavity ones.

Made of Cast Iron. No chemical coatings added . Quite heavy, they aren't short changing you on quantity of metal that's for sure
